This is a relatively young winery with just a couple of hectars of vineyards. But nevertheless they are already offering classic styled Silvaner wines, which are simply impressive, because they are different and no mainstream. This one here is their basic line but already screaming for aeration. After one hour in a carafe it shows a very fresh light and clear yellow-green colour.
