I had the chance to have a dinner at Escargot Bistro on March 26,2010 with Razvan Exarhu , chef Stefan and Calin from Le Manoir. Tasted the 2006 and 2007 CNP La Barroche Signature, Feteasca Neagra Basilescu and a nice Pouilly-Fumé.
